Reflection

When calamity rears its ugly head in your life, it may seem that God has forgotten you. Not so. He has a plan for you, no matter how you may experience tough times. I cannot explain away everything you may have been through; but I do know that God gives purpose to every life and would that the purpose He knows could be realized in every human being – including you.

Even if you have strayed away from God, He still has a plan for you. Because of Christ’s sacrifice, God wants to give you another chance: a second or a twenty-second chance. I don’t actually know how long He will wait for you, but while you still have breath in your body, you still have a chance to say “Yes” to God’s will for your life.

Circumstances may hinder your path; but that does not mean that there is no plan. Circumstances can change. Life can take unexpected twists and turns. Don’t give up on God. He has not given up on you. He has considered you and wants to give you a future and a hope.
