Morning Call to Worship – Day 10

Call to Worship – 1 Hour Playlist

Today, create your own playlist from songs that inspire you. Choose songs that speak to your current situations and also to your future coming out of any situation that is holding you back. The goal is to stop focusing on problems and allow your inner spirit to truly worship GOD in an atmosphere of gratefulness. A one-hour playlist typically includes 10 to 12 songs.

Glory to God Almighty!

As stated yesterday, I am owning the call to establish my prayer room, also called a War Room, where I will pray and war in the Spirit.

The TENTH

The TENTH Ad

The TENTH devotional journal challenges you to look at your “watch” – not the timepiece on your wrist, but the way you are stewarding your most important asset: time. It explores the tithe with the not-most-common perspective of moving beyond the topic of money.

Good Morning ABBA! Good Morning JESUS! Good Morning HOLY SPIRIT! Good Morning Heir Force! Good Morning 31 Women and 4th Watch! Good morning guests and friends! This is your call to worship!

Today, create your own 1-Hour Call to Worship Playlist that includes not only your favorite songs, yet also songs that speak to your broken places and will build your faith. Pray along with the Hour of Power Prayer video, and continue working on your War Room.

Today’s Bible Insight: The TENTH

The TENTH: Day 1 - The Time Is Now

Introduction

Today is the 10th day of a Call To Worship. I want you to begin (if you have not already done so) thinking about how this event could benefit not only you, yet also your family, friends, community, and the world. This potential to impact lives for Christ is HUGE!

I encourage you to share the posts that have gone forth so far (days 1 – 10) with your family and friends. You can share the #call-to-worship tag feed from this site, and the Heir Force University Facebook page.

One of the most important parts of being a believer in Christ is sharing your faith. When is the last time you invited someone to your church or shared a WORD of encouragement? God is calling for people to release the love He has shown to them into a world where more people are hurting. Have you been delivered from something? When is the last time you shared your testimony? These questions are not to embarrass you. They are to help you recognize a missed opportunity if there was one. Do not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If God saved you, you have a testimony and a witness. You can reach people that I may not be able to. When you are converted, you are charged to strengthen others.

If you have been following the Call to Worship event and participating in worship, prayer, and Bible study every day, then you have been giving more than a tenth of your day to cultivating your relationship with the LORD. I want to encourage you to continue doing this beyond this month. Even if those hours are not from 3 AM to 6 AM (i.e. 3 hours. A tenth of your day is 2 hours and 40 minutes). Figure out what works for you.

Next is an excerpt from the book, The TENTH (in progress at https://goheirforce.com/library/books/tenth/). The TENTH devotional journal challenges you to look at your “watch” – not the timepiece on your wrist, but the way you are stewarding your most important asset: time. This book explores the tithe with the not-most-common perspective of moving beyond the topic of money. What is a tenth of a life? Can you give GOD that?

The Tenth:
Lord, I Am Available to You!

The struggle in the world right now is finding time to give the LORD our full attention the way HIS Generals did and do. God is calling for a tenth of all our increase. Think about it, when HE wakes you up to a new day that you have never seen before, that is an increase, over and above the time that you had yesterday, a day that was not promised to you. GOD does ask for a tenth of your treasure, but your most valuable asset is not your money. There are many instances of people who have gone from rags to riches in a lifetime.

Money – if you lose it, can actually be replaced. However, the very breath you breathe in this second of your life is a one-time-only gift from GOD. HE gives billions of people 24 hours every day. That’s sixty (60) times twenty-four (24), or one-thousand four-hundred forty (1,440) minutes, which is multiplied by another sixty (60), for eighty-six thousand four-hundred (86,400) seconds! Many of us are consistent financial tithers, and GOD promises a blessing for that.

What would happen if you gave GOD a tenth of ALL of your increase – a tenth of your time (to pray, worship Him, and study this faith that you need so much), a tenth of your talents (to volunteer your holy self to serve someone else or devote your GOD given talents and or learned skills to further the Kingdom of HIS glory), a tenth of your VISION (to sow life into something that GOD gave someone else to do, to encourage them with your measure of faith by helping them stay on course and believe in the promise). Just, what if?

Do you think you are too busy to give GOD a tenth of your time? That is the goal of the enemy – to busy you so much that you believe you cannot give GOD your most valuable time. Did you know that God can accomplish more in a tenth of your day than you can do all day long? He has billions of people on this earth, all over the world. You are one person. Maybe you go to work early in the morning and work until late at night. How will you adjust your schedule enough to block out two hours and forty minutes? The Bible says to pray without ceasing and to keep a song in your heart continually. The Holy Spirit will bring music to your heart when you let HIM take over your spirit. The WORD of GOD will be brought to your mind when you have written it on the table of your heart. Believe it or not, God has empowered you to give HIM the tenth of your time because HE wants to spend time with you. I challenge you: rather than assume you can’t do it. Just try it.

A powerful method to change your time management habits, is to starting doing something differently. Change one habit consistently for a few months. Then, change something else and connect it to what you have already changed, then do those two changes concurrently for a few months. You will learn new habits and soon radically change your entire day in terms of how you manage your time. If you do the things that the LORD wants you do, you will find that yoy have grace to do those things. They will come more naturally to you than things you could do that would go against the grain of your purpose.

You may hit and miss in the beginning. Yet, if you truly set your GOD made mind to do this, HE will even help you accomplish it when you ask him. And you will see eventually, that all of the things you used to do, can be managed with the other 90% of your time. Maybe there are things you can delegate. Maybe you can give your lunch hour to prayer. Much as the enemy will tell you there are not – there are actually ways to better steward your time if you are not giving GOD at least a tenth. Once you have that time with GOD, the enemy loses at least 86,400 seconds of your life. And what you sow, that shall you also reap.

Realize that an investment in GOD’s plan for your life is not time you cannot get back – because HE takes your tithe and compounds it – it is an investment in yourself. You do not know how GOD will return that time to you. Maybe it will be the length of days. Maybe it will be in the form of provision. Maybe it will be deliverance. Maybe it will be peace in your mind – which is one of the most important gifts you can use in this crazy world. Now, let me preference the following by saying that I believe the best option is to give GOD the first tenth of your time, at the beginning of your day. But if you are not already doing that, you need to start somewhere and work up.

Now, I know the body needs sleep. But some people have a spirit of sleep that makes you groggy, lazy, and moody, and it is not from GOD. If you are not a morning person, start speaking over the life you have that you are (Romans 4:17). Life and death is not in your paycheck. It is in the power of your tongue that is activated by the words that you say.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:21

Thank you JESUS! Hallelujah!
