HealHer Program Manager Curriculum

HealHer Program Management CORE – 30 credits

HHPMC 101 HealHer Program Management 3 Thealhersealhe HealHer Program Management CORE curriculum prepares human services professionals for the challenges and rewards of managing a HealHer Program. Candidates earn the HealHer Program Manager certification upon successful completion of this curriculum. Certified HealHer Program Managers can further professional development by completing the HealHer Program Director specialist certification. HealHer Program Management is for individuals who will serve as Directors of a fully functioning HealHer Program. HealHer Program Director Certification is a distance learning series available exclusively from R.M.C.U.. This powerful faith-based curriculum prepares human services professionals for the challenges and rewards of managing a HealHer Program. Successful applicants will be trained to master the unique needs and services of the HealHer participant and program. In addition to completing the HealHer Case Management curriculum, the Director in training will advance knowledge, skills and expertise tailored to the HealHer faith-based psychosocial rehabilitation model in order to provide the highest possible quality service to women who are survivors of abuse. The Director will hone skills in organization management according to the objectives and methodology of the HealHer holistic treatment option in response to trauma-induced post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As a certified HealHer Program Director, you will support the work of HealHer Case Managers to serve, while empowering program participants to achieve their goals.

HealHer Program Management Certification is designed specifically for Directors and Program managers who wish to become certified in the HealHer Method in order to administer a certified HealHer Program in the United States. Admission is open to human service professionals who hold have completed a formal degree in a human services field of study. Preference will be given to applicants who have successfully completed coursework and or have commensurate experience in the following subject areas prior to application: Preparatory Curriculum

HHPRC 101 The HealHer Project 3 The HealHer Program CORE curriculum is the standard learning series component common to all HealHer initiatives. It is the foundation for every certification and organizational training we offer.

The HealHer Program CORE equips the leaders, support personnel and volunteers in your organization to meet quality standards in all areas of HealHer program administration and service. Students will develop familiarity with the HealHer faith-based psychosocial rehabilitation model tailored to the unique needs of women who are survivors of abuse. Students will learn the objectives and methodology to provide the services of our holistic treatment option in response to trauma-induced post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A certified HealHer Program with duly trained professionals will stand among leaders in a growing network of advocates for the rights, health and wellness of women.
