Scripture Basis: Deuteronomy 30:1-5, Daniel 1, John 7:37-39
Memory Verse: John 37:38 – “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”
Family Running Praise: Make a list of your favorite praise and worship song(s) – let each family member contribute songs to the list. Put the songs on repeat throughout the day (Ephesians 5:19).Sing together. Share with each other, songs that have helped you to overcome obstacles and grow closer to the LORD.
Morning Prayer. Pray together as a family.

Themes: 1) The Holy Spirit, 2) The Revelation Food Pyramid
Principles: 1) The Holy Spirit is a well of Living Water. 2) Water cleanses the body, aiding proper digestion and proper bowel functioning.
Memory Verses: John 4:14 – “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”
