Because God has ordained you with a great anointing, Satan desires to steal all your inheritance, that though you be the queen of His glory as He hath said, you should be a beggar and of no reputation. All the wealth of Laban was of him lost in trying to deny wealth from a faithful man. But the God of heaven worked on Jacob’s behalf. More than the work of Jacob’s own hands, the very commandment of Laban’s mouth was fulfilled to benefit Jacob. If Laban called for a certain payment, it paid in full to Jacob, though Laban thought it impossible and such was the motivation for the pronouncement of his tongue.
